Together, We Fund Healing

Every contribution funds free, trauma-informed healing for survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

You can help fund healing access for survivors in our community.

U Grow Girl is a survivor-led nonprofit creating trauma-informed healing access for survivors of childhood sexual abuse in the Okanagan and Shuswap.

Your support directly funds this healing access.

Healing Should Not Depend on Income

Why Your Support Matters

As a survivor-led organization, U Grow Girl was built with a deep understanding of where access breaks down — financial barriers, geography, isolation, and stigma. We remove those barriers so adult survivors can access trauma-informed healing without cost standing in the way.

Your support directly funds:

• Free attendance at Time to Heal
• Trauma-informed facilitators
• Community-based healing programs
• Ongoing rural access initiatives
