No survivor should face this journey alone. That’s why Crystal Wood, Director of Programs and Development at U Grow Girl, founded the CSA Sisterhood: a nurturing community where women who’ve experienced child sexual abuse can find understanding, support, and hope for a brighter future.

Rather than reliving past trauma, we focus on moving forward and thriving through art therapy, nature therapy, psychoeducation, music therapy, breathwork, and more—empowering you to reclaim your life and thrive. Step by step, we foster resilience, celebrate progress, and stand beside each other on the path to healing.

A small monthly membership fee sustains our community, and part of every payment is donated to U Grow Girl and the Time to Heal Retreat—so your growth fuels others’ healing, too.
We’re only opening a limited number of spots at launch, and once those are filled, enrollment will be temporarily closed. Our official launch is slated for early spring 2025, but you don’t have to wait to begin.
